Each 1/2 lb. package of our dry cured bacon has a net cooked weight that is approximately equal to 1 lb. of wet cured bacon.
We combine unrefined sea salt and raw organic sugar, natural ingredients and premium pork belly to create the finest dry cured bacon available. We are the only bacon producer in the country to use raw organic maple sure and unrefined sea salts. After 12 days of curing, we finish it off in the smokehouse - just like grandpa.
We start with never, ever pork (no hormones, no antibiotics) that's free range, pasture raised, heritage breed and vegan fed - yes, that's right, our pigs don't eat any animal by-products!

This is not chocolate dipped bacon. This is cured with organic cocao and vanilla. This bacon is amazingly aromatic when frying it up but delivers a very subtle dark chocolate tartness. Best enjoyed with a glass of bourbon or red wine.
Bacon and black truffles what more needs to be said? Wrap this bacon around filet or scallops, serve it next to eggs benedict or make lardons and drizzle rendered bacon fat and crispy lardons over popcorn...do you really need any more ideas?
All the flavor of sriracha with significantly less heat. We've made sriracha approachable for those who think it's too hot by itself. This makes an incredible BLT, burger topper, side for scrambled eggs... the list goes on. Just get some already!
